Ruthless Ink products are made on demand. That means we do not keep stacks of finished shirts waiting in a back room. Your order is created after purchase, like a fresh comeback instead of a reheated one.

Processing and Production Time

Most orders take about 7 to 14 business days to process, create, quality check, and prepare for shipment. This window includes the time needed to produce your custom, made-on-demand item.

During busy seasons, supplier delays, carrier slowdowns, weather issues, or high-volume sales periods, production and shipping may take longer. We would rather be honest about timing than promise magic and ship disappointment.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is complete and the carrier receives the package. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier workload, and any delays outside our control. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Made-On-Demand Fulfillment

Because items are freshly made after purchase, your order may move through order review, blank product sourcing, printing or production, quality check, packing, and carrier handoff. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately if they are produced by different fulfillment partners or facilities.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. A wrong address is like giving the delivery driver a treasure map with the X in the ocean. If an order ships to the address entered at checkout, we may not be able to reroute it, replace it, or refund it.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as fast as possible at support@ruthlessink.shop. We cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has started.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors, household members, your building, mailroom, front desk, and the carrier. If tracking appears stuck, delayed, or lost, contact us and we will review what happened.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear well-lit photos of the item, the damaged area, the packaging, shipping label, and packing materials.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country. Customs delays are outside our control.
