How do I choose the right size?+

Check the size chart for the exact garment before ordering. Fits vary between brands and styles. If measurements are missing, contact us before checkout. A great design on the wrong-sized shirt is still the wrong-sized shirt.

Are your shirts and hoodies good quality?+

We choose products with attention to comfort, fabric, fit, and print quality. Materials and printing methods vary, so check each product listing for the specifications of the item you're buying.

Is my order made just for me?+

Most Ruthless Ink products are printed or made after you place an order. We're not pulling your shirt from a dusty stack in a warehouse.

How long does shipping take?+

Production and shipping are separate steps. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Tracking is sent when available, and estimated dates are not guarantees.

Can I return or exchange an item?+

If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. See our Make-It-Right Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Keep the packaging, take clear photos of the item and damage, and email support@ruthlessink.shop with your order number. We'll review the problem and explain the next step.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Contact us immediately. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible. The earlier we hear from you, the better.

Can I request a custom design?+

Absolutely. Send your idea, exact wording, product type, colors, and any deadline to customize@ruthlessink.shop. We'll review what's possible before promising the work.

Will my items arrive together?+

Not necessarily. Different products can be made at different facilities, so one order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

How should I wash my graphic shirt?+

Always follow the care label for your specific garment. For many printed shirts, washing inside out with similar colors and avoiding excessive heat can help protect the artwork.
