At Ruthless Ink, every shirt is made on demand. We do not pull your order from a dusty warehouse shelf. Once you buy it, production starts moving: blank product, print setup, quality check, packing, and shipping. That is why our return policy is firm, fair, and written in plain English.
The Short Version
If we send the wrong item, the wrong size, a defective print, or something arrives damaged, we will help make it right. If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided the joke hits different in person, that does not qualify for a return or refund.
Eligible Return or Refund Issues
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, missing an item, or clearly not as ordered.
What We Need From You
Email support@ruthlessink.shop with:
- Your order number.
- A short explanation of what went wrong.
- Clear, well-lit photos of the issue.
- A photo of the full item.
- A close-up photo of the damaged, incorrect, or defective area.
- A photo of the packaging, shipping label, and packing material if the package arrived damaged.
Condition Requirements
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in new condition, free of stains or odors, with tags attached if included, and returned with original packaging when requested.
What We Do Not Accept
- Change of heart.
- Buyer remorse.
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product.
- Not liking the design once it arrives.
- Minor color differences caused by screens, lighting, garment dye, fabric texture, or print method.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or had tags removed.
- Custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error.
In plain English: once you hit purchase, we assume you liked the product enough for us to make it. We are not a try-on rental rack. We are a made-on-demand shop.
Refunds, Reprints, and Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. Refunds, when approved, go back to the original payment method. Banks and card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Do not mail anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If we approve a return, we will explain the next step and whether a return shipment is needed.
