The Make-It-Right Policy | Returns & Exchanges

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds. The jokes can be ruthless. The customer care shouldn't be.

Made to order

Most Ruthless Ink products are printed or made after purchase. We generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color chosen at checkout. Check the size chart and product details before ordering.

If we got it wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from its description, or is the wrong product, contact support@ruthlessink.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please report issues as soon as possible, ideally within seven days. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. These timeframes do not limit rights provided by law.

What to send

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the entire item and the defect. For shipping damage, packaging photos are helpful.

What happens next

We'll review the evidence and coordinate with our fulfillment partner where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an eligible claim may receive a reprint, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy. We cannot promise a specific resolution before investigating.

Don't mail it back yet

Contact us before returning anything. Some defect claims don't require a physical return. If a return is needed, we'll give you instructions and explain any shipping arrangements.

Orders, sizing, and cancellations

We generally cannot refund a correct made-to-order item because you changed your mind, chose the wrong size or color, or no longer like the design. Minor normal variations in fabric and print appearance are not automatically defects. Contact us promptly about order mistakes; changes may not be possible once production starts.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights.
