Welcome to Ruthless Ink. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using ruthlessink.shop and buying from our store. We keep the language plain because legal pages should not feel like a locked filing cabinet with a password written in Latin.

Ruthless Ink sells humor apparel, custom designs, and related products. Many items are made on demand after purchase. That means your order may begin production soon after checkout and may not be cancelable once production starts.

Products, Colors, and Sizing

We try to describe products clearly and show accurate images. Still, colors can look different depending on screens, lighting, garment dye, fabric texture, and printing method. Product sizing may vary by brand, cut, fabric, and style. Please review product details before ordering.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, abusive behavior, inventory or supplier problems, or violations of these Terms.

Made-On-Demand Items

Many Ruthless Ink products are made after you buy them. Once production begins, the product is being created for that order. Because of that, change-of-heart returns, buyer remorse, wrong-size choices, and design regrets are handled under our Refund and Return Policy.

Custom and Personalized Designs

If you request custom work, you are responsible for sending accurate text, names, spellings, images, and instructions. We may refuse custom requests that are illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, infringing, or otherwise outside what we are willing to produce.

By sending us custom content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not violate someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.

Intellectual Property

The Ruthless Ink name, store content, product copy, artwork, designs, images, graphics, logos, and site materials are owned by Ruthless Ink or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt fraud, interfere with the store, upload harmful code, harass our team, abuse refund systems, or use the site for illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service when someone turns shopping into a street fight with a receipt.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times, production windows, damaged-item claims, returns, refunds, and replacement options are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and other third-party services for checkout, payments, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, and support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

No Promise of Perfection

We work to keep the store accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot promise the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly current. If something is wrong, we will work to fix it reasonably.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ruthless Ink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or products. Our total responsibility for a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ruthless Ink in New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
