About this store

Ruthless Ink operates ruthlessink.shop. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies, subject to your rights under law.

Orders and products

Provide accurate information and use a payment method you're authorized to use. We aim for accurate descriptions, sizes, colors, and prices, but mistakes and normal screen-to-print differences can happen. We may correct errors or cancel orders when products are unavailable, prices are incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If a paid order is canceled, we'll arrange an appropriate refund.

Made on demand

Many products are produced after checkout. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Review the size guide and product details before purchasing. Our Shipping Policy and Make-It-Right Policy explain fulfillment and remedies.

Custom designs

You must have permission to use any text, image, logo, or other material you submit. We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringing, threatening, or outside our production standards.

Artwork and intellectual property

Ruthless Ink designs, branding, photographs, and site content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not grant permission to reproduce or resell the artwork.

Respect the site

Do not commit fraud, misuse the site, introduce harmful code, interfere with service, or harass others through the store. We may take reasonable steps against abuse.

Privacy and third parties

Our store uses Shopify and service providers for checkout, production, delivery, analytics, and support. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and what choices may be available to you.

Availability and liability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a completely error-free website. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Applicable law and changes

New York law generally governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms by posting revisions. Updates do not retroactively remove rights from completed purchases.
